Shipping & Return Policy

3.1 Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Carrier: We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx.
  • Handling: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain high-value peptide orders.

3.2 Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Policy: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Health & Safety: Due to the nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed vials/bottles. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, tamper-evident packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.3 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact info@karjoa.com within 48 hours. For damaged items, please include high-quality photos of the shipping box and the product.
